Street Dogz mission is to ensure that no pet is surrendered due to a lack of resources on the part of their humans.

Thanks to the employee donations and corresponding dollar-for-dollar match, Street Dogz has been able to purchase vaccines for unowned puppies and kittens, contributing to efforts to reduce Parvovirus cases in Las Vegas. The vaccines are administered at locations including Sunset Park, Jaycee Park, and homeless outreach sites. Street Dogz thanks Wynn employees for making these vaccinations possible.

Parvovirus is most common among young, unvaccinated dogs between 6 weeks and 6 months old. The disease can result in complications such as dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, organ failure, and loss of the animal's young life.
