Petersen Express: Pajama, Book, & Board Game Fair
All aboard the Petersen Express! As part of the 2025 Giving Season, Wynn Las Vegas volunteers created a magical experience for the students of Dean Petersen Rise Academy, the adopted school of Wynn Las Vegas. Every student had the opportunity to enter the transformed multi-purpose room, stopping at each train platform to receive books, pajamas, board games, cookies & juice, and holiday themed pencils and erasers.
Volunteers assisted in line management, escorting students through their train station journey in which students picked out 5 new books to keep for their home libraries; helped choose a holiday themed pajama; and chose a brand-new board game.
In addition to these festive activities, students' faces lit up with delight as volunteers offered assistance, gave encouragement, and cheered them along at every stop. As the event concluded, each child left not only with new treasures in hand, but also with the warmth of community support and the excitement of the holiday season in their hearts.
