The Wynn Resorts Corporate Responsibility Review recounts our commitments to our employees, the positive impacts of Wynn’s activities in our communities, and our long-term goals of doing the right thing for the planet. This report highlights various program areas, and a snapshot of community data is included below.
Empowering Communities
- The Wynn Resorts Foundation had its most successful fundraising year to date, raising $1.3 million through the participation of 3,200 employees.
- Wynn hosted Nonprofit Leadership Retreats that brought together a total of 438 representatives at Wynn Las Vegas and 144 leaders at Encore Boston Harbor to promote community collaboration and amplify social impact.
- Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Boston Harbor packed two million meals in 2024 in partnership with the Pack Shack. Volunteers at Feed the Funnel events provided these meals to community partners such as Three Square and Greater Boston Area Food Bank
