Q: Who can participate?

A: All Wynn Resorts (and its U.S. subsidiaries) employees in good standing are eligible for participation.

Q: What employee donations are eligible?

A: From November 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016, Wynn Resorts may match donations made by employees (and received by the Foundation) dollar-for-dollar up to $75,000 per employee.

Starting on January 1, 2017, Wynn Resorts may match donations made by employees (and received by the Foundation) dollar-for-dollar up to $75,000 per employee per calendar year (e.g., January 1 through December 31).

Only employee donations in the form of cash, check or payroll deduction will be matched. Other forms of donation (e.g., time, goods, etc.) are not eligible.

Q: Which organizations are eligible for the match?

A: To be eligible for a match, an organization must meet BOTH of the following requirements:

  • The organization is recognized by the IRS as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) or is an educational institute (defined below); and

  • The primary purpose of the organization is to benefit residents in communities where Wynn has a local presence.

Local presence means within Clark County, Nevada. Educational institute means any K-12, trade or vocational school or university located in Clark County, Nevada. Final determination of an organization’s initial and continuing eligibility will be made by Wynn Resorts’ officers or designees.

Q: Which organizations are not eligible for the match?

A: Wynn Resorts will not match gifts to certain organizations, including any of the following:

  • For-profit organizations or those non-profit organizations that are not Section 501(c)(3) organizations (with the exception of educational institutes as defined above).

  • Organizations whose programming or policies may place Wynn Resorts, the Foundation or any of their affiliates or employees in a negative light.

The above list is not comprehensive and may be updated from time to time by Wynn Resorts.
