Community Grant Presentations
The Community Grant Fund was created to provide Wynn Resorts staff an avenue to maximize the impact of employee’s charitable donations in the community they have made their home. The Wynn Employee Foundation Community Grant intends to fund innovative non-profits working to improve our community. The Community Grant is unique in that it is completely employee driven and the funds are designated by employee choice.
The Employee Advisory Council (EAC), a committee comprised of individuals that range across position levels and position types review grant applications from local area nonprofits. The EAC provides recommendations to the Foundation Board not only on which nonprofits are most deserving, but also provides recommendations to the Board on award amounts. The EAC has a pulse on the heartbeat of the passions of the Wynn Family.
