Meet Mark LoRusso, Executive Chef of Costa Di Mare. A day one employee, Mark is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service by passionately creating memorable experiences for our guests. With over 250 logged volunteer hours, Chef LoRusso is frequently a familiar face at company sponsored volunteer events.

Driven by his culinary arts career, Mark’s involvement in community service is mostly geared toward hunger relief initiatives where he is able to witness firsthand making a difference in the lives of others. The best part of volunteering for Mark is being able to demonstrate to his daughters how easy it is to make an impact in someone else’s life by giving back their time. Additionally, Mark is also a donor to our Wynn Employee Foundation where he is able to double his impact through our company match program.
