Executive Chef's Passion for Hunger Relief Initiatives

Costa Di Mare Executive Chef, Mark LoRusso is another employee who is using his time right now to help the community in a way he knows best – by cooking meals! His community service is normally geared towards hunger relief initiatives, and when COVID-19 hit Las Vegas he stepped into his kitchen to help!

 He has not only provided meals for 70+ volunteers through Sarah Wittstock’s Meal Train (see article From Mixology & Brews to a Volunteer Meal Crew), but he’s prepared meals 5-6 days a week for an elderly neighbor that lives in his apartment complex. Chef LoRusso has also helped alongside Wynn’s Executive Chefs and culinarians to prepare 14,000 hot meals for Catholic Charities Daily Meal Serve program that Wynn supported over a two-week period.
